We ship worldwide via DHL.

The cost of shipping depends on the number of items you’re purchasing, weight and volumetric weight of the items, shipment method and your destination point.

All orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days (1-2 weeks during sales) unless stated otherwise in the item’s description. This time is needed to process and manufacture your order. Time of delivery will vary depending on the destination point.

Although we do our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Customs fees are not included in the price of delivery. Buyers pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees according to local legislation. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.

If you refuse a shipment from Petever, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

Any return and refund must be claimed within 10 days from the date of receiving of item.

Please note: shipping costs are not refunded.

The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging along with all the materials received with the items (bags, wrapping, catalogue, etc.) The items must be unharmed, not worn or altered and must have all original security seals still attached. If the item does not fit these requirements it will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.

Payment cancellation and refund (with a 15% reduction for administration costs) is possible only before goods are shipped.
